Description:Thank you for your interest in the Snickers Marathon Bar sampling program. This program is specifically designed for participants between the ages 12-18 involved in youth sports and activities.

Quote from the site:“Snickers is a chocolate bar made by Mars, Incorporated. It consists of peanut butter nougat topped with roasted peanuts and caramel covered with milk chocolate.Snickers is the best selling candy bar of all time and has annual global sales of US$2 billion.
The original Snickers was formerly sold as Marathon in the UK and Ireland.[3] More recently, Snickers Marathon branded nutrition bars have been sold in some markets
In the 1930s the Mars family introduced its second product, Snickers, named after one of their favorite horses.
In the early 2000s, deep fried candy bars (including Snickers, and Mars bars) became popular at U.S. state fairs and in pubs around the U.K.[citation needed] and Australia, although they had been a local specialty in some North of England and Scottish fish and chip shops since at least the mid-1990s in spite of containing over 850 calories per bar when prepared in this fashion.
In 2006, the UK Food Commission highlighted celebrity chef Antony Worrall Thompson’s “Snickers pie”[7], which contained five Snickers bars among other ingredients, suggesting it was one of the unhealthiest desserts ever; one slice providing “over 1,250 calories from sugar and fat alone”, more than half a day’s requirement for an average adult. The pie had featured on his BBC Saturday program some two years earlier and the chef described it as an occasional treat only.”

One Response to “500 Free snickers marathon bars”

  1. I understand that this offer is probably not available, NOR does it apply to my running club. However, I am looking for some way to get the word out on Snickers Marathon Bars- I love them and I am trying to incorporate them into our pre and post run regimen. The problem is getting people to buy into it- I can’t afford to buy a bulk quantity and was hoping that you would be able to help out in donating some of the Snicker Marathon Bars to our running club. Hopefully then I can sell our members and continue to purchase Snicker Bars in bulk quantity as a running club. We are located in Rockford, Michigan and our club is called the Early Bird Running Club (www.earlybirdrunningclub.com). We are a fairly new club, established with the RRCA and coming into our 3rd year of existence. We compete in several races (running and triathlons) of all different distances and sizes.

Any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you very much for your time.
